I really can't think of any advantages.

Flexible working hours were revoked after less than a month, and things have only become increasingly inhumane with each change. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our seating is changed whenever they feel like it—I’ve moved more than ten times in two years. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job board are essentially all visible but unavailable.
