I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked after less than a month, and each change has made things increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our seating is constantly rearranged—I’ve moved more than 10 times in the two years I’ve been here. What makes me angriest is that most of the benefits listed on the job sites are only there to look at, but cannot actually be enjoyed.
