I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked less than a month after it was introduced, and every change makes things more inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our seating assignments are changed for no reason; I've been moved more than ten times in the two years I've been here. What makes me most angry is that most of the benefits listed on the job bank websites are things you can see but not actually enjoy.
