I really can't think of any advantages.

The flexible work arrangement was revoked in less than a month, and every change made it increasingly inhumane. I also don't understand why employees are forced to participate in company activities. On top of that, our seating is rearranged for no reason; I've been moved more than ten times in the two years since I joined. Most infuriating of all is that many of the benefits listed on the job websites are, for the most part, only there to be seen and cannot actually be enjoyed.
