None at all
They recruit under the names Double Q International, Asia-Pacific E-Commerce Co., Ltd., British Virgin Islands Branch, and Jinpin Marketing Co., Ltd., and frequently have labor disputes.
Previously, the company agreed to sign an internship contract with me when I joined. Two weeks later, they told me they had mailed the contract to me. After returning from the Lunar New Year holiday, the school said it had not received it, yet they kept pretending not to know anything. In the end, the boss even said to me at the office, “Do you think we should sign a contract?????”
That’s outrageous. You agreed to sign one with me, and now this statement is basically admitting that you never sent the contract in the first place.
I completed everything I was assigned to do after starting work. The boss told me I had not helped him generate any money. I checked the platform: the revenue last month was over 2 million, while the revenue after I started working was over 3 million. He said that after deducting my salary, he had not made any money at all. If I could help him generate over 28,000, I might as well start my own e-commerce business.
After I left, my supervisor told me I did not need to fill out a resignation form. As a result, my wages were withheld for two months. If I had not filed a complaint with the labor bureau, who knows how long they would have withheld them! (Additional note: Before I started working there, I had already seen someone come to demand payment of their wages.)
From the time I resigned in mid-February until mid-June, the company did not cancel my labor and health insurance. I suspect they intended to use me as a nominal employee to handle tax filing issues!!!
No advantages … You can’t even clock in
Update on appeal result: 2021/09/10
It was found that the company had indeed failed to pay workers’ wages in full and had failed to provide detailed calculations for the various components of workers’ wages, thereby violating Paragraph 2 of Article 22 and Paragraph 1 of Article 23 of the Labor Standards Act. The company has been penalized by our bureau in accordance with the law.

The monthly salary shown in the job posting is completely different from what is actually offered after the interview, and they don't clearly state the salary and benefits...
A waste of interview time...

The group often recruits under the names Shuangqiao International, Asia-Pacific E-Commerce Co., Ltd., British Virgin Islands, and Jinpin Marketing Co., Ltd.; however, labor disputes have repeatedly arisen. On July 16, 2021, the New Taipei City Government Labor Affairs Department’s Labor Inspection Office responded: Regarding the case in which Shuangqiao International Co., Ltd. was suspected of violating labor laws and regulations, the Labor Inspection Office under this department had originally scheduled labor inspections of the company for June 30 and July 13, 2021, but the company failed to cooperate with both inspections and was suspected of evading labor inspection. The case will be handled in accordance with the law.

The office space is small but quite cozy. At first, I needed to bring my résumé, then complete a personality assessment. Finally, I was interviewed by one interviewer (female). The process was fairly pleasant.
The entire interview lasted only 10 minutes, and I felt the interviewer was extremely rushed. Since they were the ones who invited me to interview, apart from a 30-second self-introduction and questions about my previous work experience, they did not ask anything else. I’m not sure whether it was because I had mentioned at the time that I was interested in applying for other positions at the company, but they were very direct in this interview (?). They did not ask any other questions. At the end, they asked whether I had any questions. I admitted that I might not have done 100% of my homework, but when I asked other relevant questions, the interviewer gave somewhat perfunctory answers. Overall, I felt that their attitude during the interview was rather arrogant, so some of the comments may come across as relatively harsh!
1. There really were none.
1. The interview was scheduled for 14:00. When I arrived, an employee who seemed unaware of the situation told me to sit and wait. The interview did not actually start until 14:15. They had absolutely no sense of time, especially since this was a time arranged by them.
2. The interviewer only casually asked one question: “What have you done before?” After that, there were hardly any other questions. They had proactively contacted me for this interview; if they felt my résumé was unsuitable for the position, they simply did not need to invite me. Since they did conduct the interview but hardly asked anything to determine whether I was capable of handling the role, it was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to others.
3. I asked about the company’s current situation, such as whether work was divided according to projects and how the company planned to develop in the future. The answers were mostly perfunctory, with comments like “It’s roughly as you said.” I could not sense any intention to explain the job responsibilities so that the applicant could understand them.
Overall, they proactively invited me to an interview, but throughout the entire process, I had no idea what they were doing. They neither spent time understanding whether my past experience was suitable for the role nor explaining the actual job responsibilities so that the applicant could assess whether they could handle them. They completely wasted my time.
Absolutely none
Whatever you do, don't go in
A typical unscrupulous company—the pay you get is even less than a part-time job. Can you believe it?
None
Here's a joke from when I used to work here: Every marketer was undercutting prices on the platform they were responsible for. One day, a certain supervisor called me in and asked how much business I could bring in this month. I jokingly answered 100,000–150,000 (I had just started, and there were only a little over 10 days left in the month). I also said, “Everyone is undercutting prices. Shouldn't we be taking gross margin into account? If we don't care about that, I can undercut even further and the business will come in.” The supervisor's face immediately turned sour. By the way, this supervisor never got to the point in meetings and was always living in their own world. That evening, they texted me telling me to pack up and leave. I only replied, “You need to pay me the wages I'm owed.”
As an aside, a headhunter approached my friend, and my friend simply replied to the contact at this company: “You drove all my best friends away. Do you really think I would come work for your company?”
None. If I really had to say something, at least I was able to get through the interview smoothly.
I interviewed in 2018, and seeing so many reviews made me want to share my experience as well.
At the time, the interview seemed fine; they just asked some basic questions.
The interviewer was probably the owner, because I remember the company only had around 10 or 20 employees back then.
The company was still located in Wugu and had not yet moved to Tucheng.
Because I had other experience,
I wasn't even allowed to apply for an entry-level position.
They said that since I already had experience, they wouldn't only let me work as a stocking staff member.
(So that means I wouldn't be hired if I applied for the stocking position...?
But I didn't want to do another position yet...
They insisted that I work as an e-commerce sales representative, which came with performance pressure.
There was no overtime pay, and it was a position with an all-inclusive salary.
They also bragged about how big and great their company was and how extensive their business was.
Afterward, they promoted their Facebook page and also specifically asked me to add them on LINE so we could contact each other later.
About two days later, I remember that I had another job waiting for my response regarding an offer.
However, because this company was nearby and was genuinely my first choice, I was still considering it.
So I contacted them on LINE and said that I was XXX and wanted to ask about the result of my interview.
To my surprise, the reply was: “Who are you? I don’t remember you.”
I was completely dumbfounded... It had only been a few days...
And then...? Then there was nothing else...
I can understand that they may have interviewed many people and not remembered me,
but they ended the conversation with just “I forgot who you are.”
The experience was really unbelievably bad = =
A few years later, after seeing these reviews,
I suddenly felt that it was actually a good thing they had forgotten who I was XD

They invited me to an interview through 104, and the time was also arranged by the company. I’m not from the area, so I got lost and arrived 5 minutes late for the scheduled interview time.
After a woman helped me open the door, she asked whether I had brought a résumé and which position I was applying for.
She then took me to a conference room. The air conditioning was not on, the room was stuffy and poorly ventilated, and it was piled with miscellaneous items. I was left waiting there for more than 10 minutes. While waiting, I used my phone to check the reviews. There wasn’t a single positive comment, so I decided not to waste my time, walked out of the conference room, and left without having the interview.
I suggest that everyone not waste their time. If you need an interviewee to wait, at the very least turn on the air conditioning and offer a cup of tea or some water! Especially in the scorching weather in August, the waiting room didn’t even have the air conditioning on…
The window wasn’t open either…
If they treat interviewees this poorly, I believe that even if you get the job, the working conditions won’t be very good.
I have been with the company for 8 months. Everyone gets along quite well, and I have received two salary increases.
There are currently no issues.
Everything is fine for now
Five months since joining
Received a NT$3,000 raise
Average, nothing special

None, it was absolutely terrible!
Actually, most people have described this company vividly and accurately. They wrote it so well—it really is exactly as they said: absolutely awful!
I've never encountered a company where at least five people are interviewed every day. What kind of mindset leads them to keep calling people in for interviews and constantly replacing employees? Even if you leave work early, you'll be questioned and monitored. The boss spends all day calling you in to listen to him brag about how awesome he is, and keeps telling you that you can't leave work this early. There is no overtime pay either. The atmosphere among employees at work is also completely fabricated—the mood is unbearably cold. Because they can't run their own company properly, they use three different company names to lure job seekers into interviews, without people realizing that they are all the same company. When products on the platform are out of stock, they still don't allow us to temporarily take them down; we have to keep them listed so that the inventory appears plentiful. What is this supposed to be? As for their other misconduct—failing to deregister employees from labor and health insurance, delaying payments, refusing to issue customer refunds, violating the Labor Standards Act, and so on—I won't go into detail. You can find it all online.
The air conditioning is cold… nothing else.
All I can say is that I went to report for work after the interview with high expectations, but within just a few days I discovered that the company’s senior management (one man and one woman) had quite a few management problems internally (you can refer to the posts by the contributors here; most of what they said is true…). They give off the impression of being two-faced and smiling tigers 🐯, but their common trait is that they only talk and do not act. And don’t be fooled by the office’s appearance on the surface—the actual working atmosphere is as cold as a freezer. During lunch breaks or the latter half of the day, I often saw colleagues unable to eat, rest, or leave work on time (it’s not as if things were really that busy)… A company recruiting large numbers of new employees under three different names, yet with a turnover rate frighteningly high… In the end, all I can say is that unless you can no longer find work at any other company, or you absolutely have to work for this one, I sincerely advise you… Don’t be deceived by the superficial environment or their words, and don’t mistakenly fall into this quagmire…
No pros
This company uses three different company names and alternates between them when recruiting... Employee turnover is extremely high.
1. I was given work materials when I started, but the company did not enroll me in labor and health insurance (I only discovered this after resigning).
2. There was no clock-in system at work; one was only introduced after a week.
3. It uses a duty-based system with no overtime pay.
4. There were no pay statements, so I had no idea why money was being deducted—my report has received no response to this day.
5. Just a few days after starting, I left work on time and was called into the office by the boss (implying that I could not leave work on time, while also pretending to be familiar with me @@).
6. When I went out for lunch, the boss still expected me to use my lunch break to prepare materials for the afternoon meeting, and even said that I was nowhere to be seen at noon... (Are lunch breaks supposed to be exploited too?)
7. There are surveillance cameras everywhere. Is there really that little trust in employees...? (There is one in the pantry too.)
8. After searching online, I found that this company has many labor-management disputes...
The job posting is written to be very detailed and attractive... but in reality......... @@ Speechless
There don't seem to be any.
There was a woman there—I don't know what her relationship with the boss was. I only know that on my first day at work, I saw her crying loudly and repeatedly saying, “Please, don’t treat me like this, okay?” It was terrifying. The other employees all pretended nothing was happening, as if they were used to it. That was way too abnormal, wasn’t it?! Then, every so often, I would hear the woman throwing things and losing her temper. After being there for half a day, I sensed something was wrong and quickly left.
Absolutely none
The boss and the boss’s wife put on a performance, playing off each other. One day they have a huge argument, and the boss’s wife even uses a utility knife to self-harm; the next day they publicly display their affection.
Leaving work on time is apparently a crime. You work overtime until 10 p.m. without overtime pay, and there are no meals provided—they take it all for granted.
I left a while ago, and when I think about it, I really feel sorry for the employees still inside.
Please, everyone, do not come to work for this company.
Here’s something I’ll tell everyone in secret:
The positive review below was written by the boss’s wife herself, and she also threatens employees to come here and leave comments praising the company.
There is only “poor” available to choose below, but I feel that is nowhere near enough. It is extremely, extremely, extremely, extremely, extremely poor.
You can go there to build your resilience. Small companies will only deceive you with smooth talk, and the resulting salary is pitifully low.
I verbally notified them of my resignation before completing three months. Someone who seemed to be the boss’s wife told me that the company has procedures and that I needed to go through the process!
I thought, fine, and went to sign the resignation form. After signing it, my resignation was successfully processed. But when I went back to check, they still hadn’t canceled my insurance after two months, and the enrollment date was also incorrect.
They also paid my salary without providing a salary statement. Is this what you call a company with procedures?
In my view, this company has absolutely no SOPs. Even the most basic insurance enrollment and cancellation take a very long time.
1. Watching a joke
Every manager boasts about how capable they used to be, but in reality, none of them can handle anything and they just pass the buck to one another.
2. The air conditioning is very cold
3. Frequently no lunch break
You can accompany the boss while watching his favorite top-100 videos. If you don't watch, your manager will call you over and tell you to fast-forward to the interesting parts.
4. The boss really cares about the employees
If you watch the news during lunch, you'll be mocked with sarcastic remarks. After work, the boss worries that you'll be lonely at home and asks you to chat with him until 9 p.m.
5. A great place to build stress resistance
1. One company with three names
Official name (there have been too many disputes, so they don't dare post job openings for fear of not finding anyone)
Alternate name: British Virgin Islands Business Asia-Pacific E-commerce Co., Ltd. (specializes in tricking uninformed job seekers into joining the company)
2. Extremely high employee turnover
The most extreme case I've seen was someone who left after only half a day. Four new colleagues started in one day, and all of them were gone in less than two weeks.
3. The company often fails to pay its debts
Whether it's vendors, logistics providers, KOLs, or group-buying partners—and, most outrageously, refunds on the official website can take a year, with customers still not receiving their money.
4. The managers have serious emotional problems
Throwing things, yelling at people, crying, and throwing tantrums are commonplace. The first time I saw a manager cut themself with a utility knife was in front of employees.
5. The boss acts like he's incredibly capable in front of employees
But whenever something happens, he disappears. The company takes people's money without shipping their orders, and when vendors try to find someone, no one can be reached; frontline employees are always left to deal with it.
6. The managers' private lives are chaotic
7. Chinese products are relabeled as Korean brands
They knowingly skip quality control even when the machines are defective, and only call to beg customers not to post after a customer complains in an online group.
8. Labor disputes are very common
They don't register employees for labor and health insurance on time, don't process cancellations promptly after employees leave, managers don't repay money they owe, people disappear, and there are no salary details.
9. A company with absolutely no systems in place
None
A heap of problems; a terrible attitude toward handling things, and always dragging things out!
There probably aren't any ………
Upon starting work, the employee was not truthfully reported (Labor Insurance); a complaint has been filed and is currently under review.
Updated 2021/08/26: Under investigation.

Can't think of any~ Those considering joining the company,
please think twice!!!!
Employees helped the company move, but the boss & supervisors never said that overtime pay could be claimed,
and then, during negotiations, they told the coordinator: Oh~ you just didn't bring it up yourselves~
what can I say?! Wow, that's just so speechless
Sorry, I can't think of any.
This company is located at No. 1, Zhongzheng Road, Tucheng District, on the Xth floor.
They have probably registered two or three companies and take turns recruiting employees.
There have been multiple reports to the labor authorities, but they have refused every inspection.
===
They represent the following ↓↓↓
‧‧Korean brand O high-speed blender (not cheap; endorsed by a female celebrity who successfully lost weight and owns a gym), air fryer oven (convection oven)
‧‧Korean brand V air fryer oven
The above products are sold on various e-commerce platforms and by group-buying organizers.
They are now also promoting a Korean brand A facial cleansing device, advertised on Facebook.
As for whether to support a 2-split & 🖤 company, please think carefully before buying~
So frustrating it’ll make you furious.
If you’re planning to interview or work there, please evaluate carefully~
I recently concluded a baffling labor-management negotiation.
Actually, I resigned myself, so why was there still a dispute?
Let me share this absurd workplace adventure: 7.5 days of crossing the line between life and death through blue hell~
Because the pandemic was severe at the time, I took the Brown Line + Blue Line of the Taipei Metro every day between Taipei and Tucheng.
Character descriptions:
The boss 『🐷』—responsible for running their mouth
The “slanted one” 『🐸』—responsible for managing money and personnel
===
1. The company deliberately did not set up a clock-in system for employees (it was only provided on the day I resigned)
『🐸』never seemed to be busy with anything every day, just listening to music and chatting on the phone; yet kept telling you: “I’m good at handling this. The company just moved recently, so it’s a mess.” (?! It clearly wasn’t.)
💥💥💥💥
2. New employees’ labor and health insurance enrollment and withdrawal were extremely abnormal (not a single employee was enrolled or withdrawn normally)
The junior manager reminded 『🐸』every day, but there was never any follow-up. She only kept repeatedly asking employees for their personal information (even though it had already been submitted to the company).
《Enrollment》: No one’s labor and health insurance was enrolled on their start date, and the enrollment times were different for everyone.
《Withdrawal》: Even after people had left for three and a half months, they were not proactively withdrawn. 『🐷 & 🐸』completely ignored Line messages and emails. I even had to call politely to remind them, but 『🐷』said, “I don’t know anything about this. Go find 『🐸』.” They wouldn’t transfer the call and told me to call again. When I finally reached 『🐸』, she was extremely arrogant and told me to contact her in writing because she was very busy. (Even though you didn’t reply to the Line messages, emails, or texts, and then didn’t update me on the progress; when I called again, you even had an employee answer the phone and tell me.)
💥💥💥💥
3. No staggered shifts during the pandemic; 『🐷 & 🐸』did not like wearing masks at the company.
4. 『🐷』liked employees to arrive early and leave extremely late, and also required employees to take turns doing duty shifts with an emphasis on cleaning.
5. 『🐷』liked contacting you after work for inefficient, content-free conversations without overtime pay until eight or nine at night.
6. After I had already been employed for 2–3 days, 『🐷』finally took my résumé and asked to speak with me. They said, “Since you weren’t someone I recruited, there’s no position that fits your qualifications. Is there anything you want to do? Oh, I’m not trying to fire you. If you like going to mainland China, you have to promise to work hard at this company for two years, and I can recommend you there—I have a lot of connections.”
Additional note: 『🐷』liked showing every employee business magazines, outdated mail-order catalogs, and the like, proclaiming that they were an incredibly capable, experienced, self-made boss.
7. After the employment contract was signed and given to the company, it was never stamped and returned to me. This meant the salary promised by the company was merely a verbal promise with no proof!
8. Everyone’s insured salary bracket was wrong too!
9. After the negotiation, they asked me to send in the service certificate and salary certificate again. They treated the perfect-attendance bonus of 2,000 as base salary, and calculated the additional 6% contribution by deducting labor and health insurance from the entire salary after subtracting the agreed-upon base salary. (Reasonable?!)
10. I kindly asked 『🐸』what exactly was preventing my health insurance withdrawal. She neither read nor replied. When she finally responded, she said she would ask because it wasn’t her work—“someone else” had handled it—and then I had no idea where the matter went again.
You had been given chances but still did not handle it, so I decided to call the National Health Insurance Administration myself to ask how to resolve it. The NHI officer was also puzzled: this was something that could be handled quickly and easily by clicking a few things in the system or submitting the data. What was wrong with them? The officer was very helpful and said, “I’ll call them for you and ask them to provide the information; then you can be withdrawn.”
Less than five minutes later... the officer quickly called me back and said: “Wow, their attitude was really terrible! It’s okay, I’ll process a self-initiated withdrawal for you. Fill out the withdrawal information and I’ll take care of it right away; it’ll be transferred out in the system tomorrow.”
(I ended up resolving everything in less than half an hour.)
《Additional note》:
This 『🐸』woman later replied on Line:
“Actually, this war of words is quite unhelpful.
As stated at the mediation meeting, you actually suffered no loss; rather, we paid extra. Indeed, failing to complete this action properly was an oversight, but what exactly was your loss?
😊 Thank you again for your guidance.”
I replied:
I have never argued with you.
The only issue I have had all along was the insurance withdrawal.
From the time I called myself until now, I have only been discussing the facts of the matter.
You were the one who never read, replied, or paid any attention to me.
I simply wanted to withdraw from the insurance. You were the one being rude for no reason.
Even when the officer proactively called you to ask whether something had not been checked, since many companies’ HR departments make the same mistake, you were still rude.
I never mentioned any loss~
Which of your eyes or ears heard that?!
If you paid extra, the NHI Administration would refund you, because I filled in May 24 as my resignation date and insurance withdrawal date.
It was actually you who enrolled me late.
Who exactly took advantage of whom?!
💥💥💥💥
As for the negotiation, all I can say is that it was very pro-employer.
Because psychological aspects and things that cannot be seen or presented numerically—the negotiator impatiently told me, “Today, we’re only going to discuss those figures.”
For everything else, they just relied on the Ministry of Labor’s penalties to punish the company.
No wonder so many companies aren’t afraid of being fined: they provide whatever documents they can and refuse inspections whenever they can. The fines aren’t large enough to bring them down.
(On the day of the negotiation, they even lied to the negotiator, saying that because they were working from home in staggered shifts, they had not received the labor inspection notice. The labor inspectors had clearly contacted them; they were the ones who refused the inspection, yet they brazenly denied it.)
Are there any pros? Seems like … none.
Just being able to (clock in) until resigning is already …
(Payslips) … not provided.
Employment insurance: not properly enrolled upon starting work.
Started employment on 2021/06/21.
Only enrolled on 2021/07/10.
Resigned on 2021/07/27.
After resigning … took 3 days off to rest after getting vaccinated; NT$5,000 was deducted.

Isn’t it supposed to be an HR (Human Resources) interview?
The interview was with the general manager.
Also, the job I applied for and the work I actually did were different.
Remember, I interviewed for an administrative assistant position.
But I ended up working in another warehouse as a warehouse clerk.
The HR representative (female), title: Associate Director, name: AH
July 12, 2021: She asked me: “Your name?”
I … replied: “You didn’t fail to enroll me in labor insurance, did you?!”
That night, I checked and found that #theCompanyHadNotProperlyEnrolledMeInInsurance

End date: July 27, 2021
Actual insurance enrollment date: July 10, 2021
On August 12, 2021, I filed a complaint with the Bureau of Labor Insurance.
As soon as I arrived at the office,
I said: “#MyWagesWereCalculatedIncorrectly … #YouDidNotProvideAPayslipSoThereWasNoWayToCommunicate?”
The staff member said: “#Let’sArrangeMediation!?”
I said: “#PleaseGiveMeAComplaintForm.”
The staff member said: “Oh! Okay~”
#TheOtherPartyWasAlreadyActingIllegally?
In my mind: #WhyDoIHaveToWait … #OrGiveIn?
(Then I filled out the form.)
When I said: “#NoMediationNeeded,
because #theOtherPartyHasAlreadyBrokenTheLaw,”
they gave me another form—#oneThatIHadNotFilledOut—
for #aFourfoldPenalty, stating my demands,
and also for #theCrimeOfDocumentForgery. I’ll make sure she faces the consequences.
The forms were already printed; I’ll file every complaint to the fullest.
Sis~ #IJustLoveHavingEvidenceWhenFilingComplaints
(The staff member explained the key points of the two forms on site.)
One form concerned the miscalculated wages.
The other was for #aFourfoldPenalty; it was sent directly to her.
#AfterVerificationThereWereNoErrors, #ThePenaltyWasIssuedImmediately
#ShuangQiaoInternationalCoLtd
The insured amount did not match … salary: NT$25,000
Minimum insured salary: NT$24,000
#ThereWereEightDaysBetweenMyStartDateAndEnrollmentDuringWhichIWasNotInsured
On the separation form (reason for leaving), they deliberately wrote:
#InsuranceEnrollmentWasNotProperlyHandled #NoPayslipWasProvided
I started work on June 21, 2021.
Wages for eight days: NT$7,692
I left on July 27, 2021.
I only missed three days of work before the end of the month.
Salary: NT$19,544
They deducted more than NT$5,000 for three days I did not work—is that reasonable?
Also, I followed the proper procedure when filling out the separation form,
and I trained your new employees.
I also helped you deal with some damaged products.
I sold whatever could be sold whenever possible.
In just over a month, I sold more than NT$40,000 worth of goods—more than my salary.
I handed over the full amount, so I should receive the wages owed to me.
How can you treat job seekers this way?
I advise you …… if you are thinking of joining this company, consider it carefully.
Choosing a job where you can grow and earn money together is important.
I've been here for two months. The overall feeling has been very good.
My colleagues are very nice, and both supervisors take good care of everyone.
The boss is relatively quiet.
There may be performance pressure; I feel that I need to improve further.
None (it would be good if there were any).
1. When you join the company, they do not immediately enroll you in labor and health insurance. After you fill out the offer, it disappears without a trace, and they will not stamp and return it to you—you cannot get it even if you ask. You keep reminding them again and again, and they only enroll you after you have already resigned. Amazing!
2. They do not proactively open the clock-in system for you. You have to keep reminding them before they finally set it up.
3. After you resign, they still do not proactively cancel your insurance. The former employee has to call and request it themselves.
4. When asking about salary or insurance cancellation, they do not read or reply to emails, Line messages, or text messages.
- When you call the company, the boss says, “I don’t understand this,” tells you to ask the senior manager (the boss’s wife), and hurriedly hangs up.
- The boss’s wife says she is busy and asks you to contact her in writing. Even when you politely tell her that you have sent emails and Line messages but received no replies, she still hurriedly hangs up.
Follow-up:
My labor and health insurance was withheld. I do not know whether this was related to applying for COVID-19 relief for businesses. I previously called them myself to ask them to cancel my insurance and requested that they reply after handling it, but they did not. When I called again, they had an employee tell me that it had been canceled. In fact, only the labor insurance was canceled; my health insurance is still registered under them, and it has been about two months now! (As of the time of this post, the health insurance still has not been canceled.)

↑ The three companies listed above are owned by the same person, who recruits employees under them in rotation.
“None, none, none”
1. There is no training for new employees. (Because there are basically no work rules or procedures.)
2. The boss likes employees to “leave work late,” but does not pay overtime.
3. The boss likes to talk to you only after work, and then continually criticizes your supervisor for being incompetent.
4. The boss likes to take out yellowed newspaper and magazine mail-order catalogs to tell stories. (Not everyone who has been interviewed said is as reported.)
5. The boss wants you to figure out for yourself what you can do at this company, while also saying they are not trying to fire you. But when you ask the boss about the company’s future direction, there is no conclusion.

↑ The same boss owns the three companies mentioned above and takes turns using them to invite people to interviews. Please take note.

Criticizing other colleagues in front of coworkers, and when a coworker is absent, telling everyone directly, “If he can’t do it, let him go.”
A boss like this is really terrible. Didn’t the boss interview them personally? What kind of boss behaves like this?
I’ve never seen anything like it. No wonder some colleagues say that no one respects this boss at all; they can only manipulate people.
The impression is very bad. The current employees’ opinion of him is getting worse and worse.
None
The boss’s management style makes people feel that they cannot agree with it. They do not know how to manage, yet insist on managing.
They always say, “There’s nothing I can do; I’m the boss.” There is no logic, and they limit the ideas of other supervisors or colleagues.
I want to resign. It seems that the turnover here probably all comes from the boss.
Proactively invited me to an interview
Interview location: Tucheng
Interview time: 2:00 pm
Position: Online Operations Specialist/PM
Regarding the interview itself, the overall process was fairly good:
First was a female manager. We didn’t talk for very long, and after only a few minutes, without discussing much about the job, she asked about my expected salary. She did not seem very skilled at asking interview questions; the questions she asked felt superficial, as if she was just going through the motions and rushing to finish. Next was a male manager, who was noticeably better. He explained the job responsibilities very clearly and also introduced the department’s current situation. One person is responsible for 5–7 platforms, depending on the situation (the work is more or less all-inclusive). Overtime is not recommended, but overtime pay is provided. Annual leave and labor insurance should be provided in accordance with the Labor Standards Act. As the conversation continued, it was clear that he had a thorough understanding of the overall operations.
The only question is whether this company is planning to change its name:
The invitation I received on 104 was from [Asia-Pacific E-Commerce Co., Ltd., Taiwan Branch of a British Virgin Islands Company], but the sign posted on the company entrance using an A4 sheet of paper said [雙喬].
Also:
One day after the interview, they contacted me again on 104 and asked: “Did you come for an interview?”
This seriously makes me feel that their internal workflows are not properly coordinated.
All drawbacks. The boss has no direction.
The boss is probably afraid of being replaced by the supervisor.
He goes around saying that the supervisor is no good, when in fact there is nothing wrong with the supervisor. It may look as though he has been given authority, but he is really just the boss’s puppet. If things are not done well, his authority is taken away. No company would operate this way with such a lack of structure.
He always says that employees leave because of the supervisor. In fact, many people discuss this privately. If the boss could truly stop interfering, this supervisor could really succeed. Their management skills and ideas are actually very good.
How can anyone expect a supervisor who has been there for less than a year to have everything sorted out? Acting rashly only makes things worse. First, consider whether the supervisor and the people under them have really been given authority.
People who were there before also used to say privately, “I gave you the whole situation to handle.” But we can see that this was not the case at all. Everything is driven by emotion. When the boss gets emotional, he pressures the supervisor and randomly scolds people; when he calms down, everything is fine. The supervisor’s direction is not the same as their own because the boss keeps influencing them. The supervisor is actually better at management than the boss. If only this boss would stop interfering. Yes, the boss is still the boss, but he treats the supervisor completely like a subordinate. How is that giving the supervisor authority? When dissatisfied, he comes up with all kinds of reasons to make himself feel better, then takes the authority away. A supervisor who works for this kind of boss will only become more incompetent.
There is work to do. The manager is capable. Although young, they are doing quite well.
However, they seem to be constrained by the owner. The owner’s ideas sometimes differ from the manager’s.
The employees underneath also seem to speak up and generally agree more with the manager’s ideas.
But it feels like the owner does not pay attention. Everyone who has been there longer says
that the owner is emotional and likes to take away authority. It really does seem that way.
The owner should give the manager an appropriate amount of space. We discuss things and reach agreements, but the owner often likes to interrupt and ask questions,
tying our hands. In front of us, the owner says that the manager has nothing and that nothing has been handled properly.
This actually leaves some people rather dumbfounded. After observing the manager, it is clear that they are actually quite capable.
Their management logic is better than the owner’s. The owner is very good at talking and is eloquent, but keeps jumping from one idea to another.
In fact, even highly capable people would find it difficult to survive here.
For the manager to continue staying, I think they deserve considerable credit for their courage. The manager already has quite a bit of the owner’s bearing.
The employees inside seem helpless.
The owner cannot even articulate a clear direction, which makes working here quite uncomfortable.
I suggest that the owner properly empower the managers underneath and stop being so impractical and fanciful.
This actually makes employees very uncomfortable. We hear the manager say that the owner is very good,
but we observe things for ourselves.
None
The boss does not respect capable people in the company.
Does not treat managers as managers; wants to control everything.
Seems to think that paying salaries makes them the boss.
When I first joined, I heard the manager who interviewed me say many things,
which gave me a lot of hope for this company.
The boss
would be more suited to being the Minister of Health.
Emotional, with no sense of direction.
I don't know how many people they have interviewed this week.
None
I have already wanted to leave. The boss has major problems with management and direction, and only knows how to manage trivial matters.
Capable people are not respected.
The biggest problem here is probably the boss~
They only ever give the supervisors a hard time, perhaps thinking they are the boss themselves.
They leave the messes for the supervisors to deal with. Clearly it was their own fault, but they pin it on the supervisors.
We're in a very difficult position and can't criticize the boss, so we can't stay.
No wonder that after looking into the company’s more than ten years in operation, so many people have commented on the boss of this company.
Everything the boss says is a drawback.
I really can't stand by and watch anymore; I have to say this.
The most pitiful person here is the manager.
I worked here for a while at the beginning of the year.
Every time, they blame the manager.
In private, everyone discusses it, and we always want to speak up for the manager.
Too many people can't stand watching this.
The management always thinks they are never wrong.
The manager here is actually very good.
They also often have to absorb the boss's irrational ideas.
They still have to work with a boss like this.
The boss always thinks the manager is the problem.
The manager the boss hired actually has very sound logic and ideas.
If the company followed the manager's ideas, it would actually do well.
We often say privately, “If only the boss would stop getting in the way.”
Even the person on duty has to scold the manager.
If the boss would just stop obstructing everything,
this company should have hope.
Unfortunately, the boss only ever investigates everything through the manager.
We all silently feel sorry for the manager,
and we don't dare say anything.
We just want to resign as soon as possible.
Cons:
The manager is too nice and is exploited by the boss like this.
No wonder the former employees all said
that this manager chose the wrong company.
Someone with a brain will be driven crazy by the boss.
The boss should retire as soon as possible,
give this manager real authority,
and stop interfering in even the smallest matters.
I think then this company would have hope.
The manager isn't the problem; the boss is.
The manager is treated this way, and an old-timer even says, “You should get used to the boss treating this manager like this.” Speechless. We all think this manager is far more capable than those two old-timers.

As soon as I got off the elevator, I frantically searched for the office of the company named “Asia-Pacific E-Commerce Co., Ltd., Taiwan Branch of the British Virgin Islands,” only to find an A4 sheet of paper posted at the entrance of the Shuangqiao company bearing the name “Asia-Pacific E-Commerce.” It was utterly speechless, but since I had already made it there, I decided to go in anyway. My interview was scheduled for 14:00, and I arrived ten minutes early with my résumé prepared. (The interviewer even asked twice which position I was applying for—utterly ridiculous.) After I went in and sat there for nearly half an hour, they sent someone who was not from HR to interview me, saying that HR had gone out because of something urgent. Completely speechless. An older man conducted the interview, which basically consisted of him saying that the job would be very busy, and he even let slip that many people had resigned after working there for only a short time. Basically, he just talked nonstop without giving me any chance to speak. (At that point, I really wanted to leave.) In the end, I forced myself to ask him a few questions.
What I regret most is that I didn’t check Tianyancha,
because this company had changed its name to
“Asia-Pacific E-Commerce Co., Ltd., Taiwan Branch of the British Virgin Islands,”
wasting a great deal of my time.
Endless overtime
All-you-can-eat base salary
Too many new faces
New hires every week
Departing employees call incessantly asking for their salary details
Yet HR ignores them
I just passed my probationary period; after being evaluated based on KPIs, I’m very happy to have received a raise. I think it really depends on one’s mindset. Whether you want to say something poorly or say it well is up to each person. At least I’ve been here for three months now, and I think it’s pretty good. There’s been a raise, overtime pay, and bonuses. I hope I can continue to work hard. The supervisors and colleagues are all very kind.
Currently, there are none.
I’ve been working here for two weeks. I honestly went into the interview feeling worried, but the interviewer was very kind, which overturned the negative reviews I had found online. I later received an offer. I’ve now been here for two weeks, and everything has been very good.
The team is very united, and the atmosphere at work is great. I really enjoy talking with the manager who interviewed me; they’re very humorous. Employees are given a lot of space. I feel like I can learn a lot.
None at the moment
All of my colleagues are very nice.
When you first join, you don’t have to worry about not having anyone to teach you.
There are comprehensive SOPs.
Originally, I wondered whether it would be like the previous reviews said,
but after actually joining and working here, I feel that it really is a great place.
I can’t think of anything at the moment.
There are no advantages whatsoever
1. Shipping is a complete mess, resulting in a pile of customer complaints (the management is unbelievably terrible)
2. The boss's wife, who is in charge of HR, doesn't even want to answer the phone. She only tells the people underneath her, "I don't want to answer the phone," and to tell the other party that I'm not here. She also tends to ignore messages on LINE, causing a bunch of former employees to call and complain.
3. They only demand performance and don't care about anything else. If you can't meet the targets, they just kick you out (and even say that because you didn't meet the performance requirements, you have to work overtime).
4. You work yourself to death with overtime, but the pay is pitifully low (and by the way, there isn't even any overtime pay!).
The interviewer (female supervisor) was very good at chatting and talked about some irrelevant things....
As soon as I entered, I found myself in a cramped space filled with all kinds of electrical appliances.
After I sat down, another staff member gave me a personality assessment questionnaire to fill out.
The interview was scheduled for around 9:00, but it did not start until 09:15. Their time management was completely unreliable.
The supervisor asked me to enter a small meeting room. She immediately sat down and told me to close the door.
She then began asking about my experience, why I had left my previous job, and so on.
Because I had spent some time in Japan before, the supervisor became very excited and started talking about Japan.
We talked for several minutes without discussing anything related to the job. I had to ask her about it myself before she explained.
After explaining the job duties, she mentioned the salary.
Then she told me to come to work the following Monday. I was shocked, and she asked whether I had never had a decision made so quickly before.
She did not explain any details about the job or the benefits. The interview ended in less than ten minutes.
Today, when I called them, I told them that I had already found a new job.
They even asked me who I was and said, “Did I give you an offer?”
What was that supposed to mean? That day, she told me to start work the following week, and then forgot about it after that day?
Applying through 104 Job Bank was just as strange. After I submitted my application, they repeatedly sent me the same two messages: “When would you be available for an interview?” and “When would you be available for an interview?” They only provided the company’s address.
They did not notify me of the interview time either. When I called to ask, they said the supervisor would contact me through 104.
Luckily, I called ahead to say that I would not be taking the job. Otherwise, it would have been ridiculous to show up for work next Monday only to find out that I had not actually been hired.
If you really want to work for this company, think carefully.
X
For the first few days of work, there was no clock-in system, so when I resigned, I discovered that I hadn’t been paid at all. In the month I resigned, I was paid only for the number of days I worked (holidays were unpaid). Why was the $350 welfare fee deducted in full instead of being prorated…? I didn’t even get to eat anything.
The interview process was very pleasant. They must have made some adjustments?
Because it wasn't like the negative reviews below.
Maybe the space is just a bit small. I thought it was okay.
None.
The only thing I can say is that it's extremely awful. Fresh graduates should beware of companies that don't pay overtime.
I was very nervous going in.
Fortunately, the supervisor who interviewed me was quite nice and told me not to be nervous.
They asked about my previous experience and carefully explained the job responsibilities.
Not bad.
I haven't noticed any so far.
The interviewer and manager was a woman.
Although she had a serious expression, she was very approachable.
The atmosphere among the colleagues was great, although the company seemed to be quite small.
Nevertheless, it was well organized. I look forward to receiving a job offer from the manager.
I think everything was pretty good.
Compared with the negative reviews from other people before,
it was completely different.
None at all
The company is difficult to get to by public transportation, the main road in front is very noisy, and many people smoke downstairs from the company without any control. (Those who like smoky flavors might enjoy it.)
As soon as you arrive at their company entrance, there is no doorbell, so you have to knock on the glass door for someone inside to open it. They are not very polite and do not invite interviewees inside; they even hurriedly ask to collect your résumé right there at the glass door.
Cardboard boxes are piled up to the entrance inside the company. The office is very cramped and cluttered, making it inconvenient to move around, and the seating is extremely crowded.
The small room where you wait for the interview is also filled with things and is very messy.
The female boss who interviewed me was very rude. She even said that her older brother was more qualified than I was, and said that her brother worked abroad. I thought, then why don’t you ask your brother to do the job! Damn, why interview other people? In short, the entire interview was very quick. She spoke in a way that was extremely disrespectful of other people’s expertise and qualifications. The overall impression of what she said was: “Who do you think you are to ask for such a high salary?” The salary listed on 104 was not something she actually allowed people to ask for; she only wanted applicants to undervalue themselves. She completely disregarded whatever qualifications you had. I absolutely do not recommend this company, which wastes people’s time and disrespects them.
If you want to listen to the female boss talk nonsense, feel free to give it a try. Going to the interview is simply a waste of your life and time. It feels exactly like stepping in dog shit. If you refuse to believe it, go try it yourself.
They may ask you to come in for an interview very easily, but once you get there, you will understand for yourself.
Colleagues get along well and are not manipulative.
1. The scariest thing is being like a headless fly with no visibility into the future. The boss’s meetings always have only one focus (making money), but they can never articulate any concrete plans or direction for the company.
2. They are always making empty promises. Bonuses are like clouds; you will always only receive the basic monthly salary. None of the following are provided: seasonal holiday bonuses, year-end bonuses, overtime pay, or the bonuses promised in those empty promises.
3. Integrity is very low. Payments are routinely delayed, and colleagues often receive calls from vendors and customers demanding payment. They then have to lie and make up excuses, such as saying there is a meeting or that someone is not at their desk, to fob them off.
4. Overtime is routine. Overtime pay should be provided in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.
(To be frank, they will not explicitly tell you to work overtime, but the company has a high turnover rate and gives you more work than you can finish. If you leave early, you will receive disapproving looks and be questioned about it.)
5. The company has a high turnover rate, and each person is responsible for multiple tasks (platform staff are responsible for 4–5 platforms): campaign planning, listing and delisting products, order processing, responding to customer complaints, and creating graphics.
Nope
Often hiring
There are many surveillance cameras in the company
None
1. The company feels like it is located in a residence, and the environment is not very good—it's stuffy and hot.
2. The boss's wife is very domineering.
3. There are surveillance cameras monitoring every area of the office.
4. The salary is very low.
5. The surrounding area is full of traditional manufacturing factories, so there is quite a bit of noise.
