3. The boss likes to talk to you only after work, and then continually criticizes your supervisor for being incompetent.

4. The boss likes to take out yellowed newspaper and magazine mail-order catalogs to tell stories. (Not everyone who has been interviewed said is as reported.)

5. The boss wants you to figure out for yourself what you can do at this company, while also saying they are not trying to fire you. But when you ask the boss about the company’s future direction, there is no conclusion.
