There are no advantages whatsoever

1. Shipping is a complete mess, resulting in a pile of customer complaints (the management is unbelievably terrible)

2. The boss's wife, who is in charge of HR, doesn't even want to answer the phone. She only tells the people underneath her, "I don't want to answer the phone," and to tell the other party that I'm not here. She also tends to ignore messages on LINE, causing a bunch of former employees to call and complain.

3. They only demand performance and don't care about anything else. If you can't meet the targets, they just kick you out (and even say that because you didn't meet the performance requirements, you have to work overtime).

4. You work yourself to death with overtime, but the pay is pitifully low (and by the way, there isn't even any overtime pay!).
