The air conditioning is cold… nothing else.

All I can say is that I went to report for work after the interview with high expectations, but within just a few days I discovered that the company’s senior management (one man and one woman) had quite a few management problems internally (you can refer to the posts by the contributors here; most of what they said is true…). They give off the impression of being two-faced and smiling tigers 🐯, but their common trait is that they only talk and do not act. And don’t be fooled by the office’s appearance on the surface—the actual working atmosphere is as cold as a freezer. During lunch breaks or the latter half of the day, I often saw colleagues unable to eat, rest, or leave work on time (it’s not as if things were really that busy)… A company recruiting large numbers of new employees under three different names, yet with a turnover rate frighteningly high… In the end, all I can say is that unless you can no longer find work at any other company, or you absolutely have to work for this one, I sincerely advise you… Don’t be deceived by the superficial environment or their words, and don’t mistakenly fall into this quagmire…
