I just passed my probationary period; after being evaluated based on KPIs, I’m very happy to have received a raise. I think it really depends on one’s mindset. Whether you want to say something poorly or say it well is up to each person. At least I’ve been here for three months now, and I think it’s pretty good. There’s been a raise, overtime pay, and bonuses. I hope I can continue to work hard. The supervisors and colleagues are all very kind.
