I really can't stand by and watch anymore; I have to say this.

The most pitiful person here is the manager.

I worked here for a while at the beginning of the year.

Every time, they blame the manager.

In private, everyone discusses it, and we always want to speak up for the manager.

Too many people can't stand watching this.

The management always thinks they are never wrong.

The manager here is actually very good.

They also often have to absorb the boss's irrational ideas.

They still have to work with a boss like this.

The boss always thinks the manager is the problem.

The manager the boss hired actually has very sound logic and ideas.

If the company followed the manager's ideas, it would actually do well.

We often say privately, “If only the boss would stop getting in the way.”

Even the person on duty has to scold the manager.

If the boss would just stop obstructing everything,

this company should have hope.

Unfortunately, the boss only ever investigates everything through the manager.

We all silently feel sorry for the manager,

and we don't dare say anything.

We just want to resign as soon as possible.

Cons:

The manager is too nice and is exploited by the boss like this.

No wonder the former employees all said

that this manager chose the wrong company.

Someone with a brain will be driven crazy by the boss.

The boss should retire as soon as possible,

give this manager real authority,

and stop interfering in even the smallest matters.

I think then this company would have hope.

The manager isn't the problem; the boss is.

The manager is treated this way, and an old-timer even says, “You should get used to the boss treating this manager like this.” Speechless. We all think this manager is far more capable than those two old-timers.
