Luckily, there are PTT and Tianyancha. Everyone should look them up—their time is precious.

The training in business skills is comprehensive.

If you have sales results, you're treated like a treasure; if you don't, you're treated like a dog. Managers act as though they are above everyone else. Single people are welcome to apply, because you won't have time for your partner. If you leave work on time, you'll definitely be disparaged relentlessly. Turnover is extremely high, and they can't find people because there are tons of negative reviews on both 104 Job Bank and PTT. Managers have no choice but to secretly create accounts and post fake positive reviews to bury them. It's truly pathetic. Those without experience, without parental supervision at home, and for whom time is not a priority can apply to learn sales skills, stay for a year, then quickly resign and make their way elsewhere. This company has no future; it's a good place to be exploited by a professor as though you were a graduate student.

The colleagues are friendly and easy to get along with, and the supervisors are also nice. Whenever there is something I don’t know, they answer patiently and carefully. After working here for a month, I’ve learned more than I did at my previous company.

There is no overtime pay. Every day, there are different tasks that require you to work overtime. The latest it has gone is almost midnight, and they never consider that too late.

On the surface, they say you get off work at 6 p.m. But when you try to leave at 6, your supervisor asks what you're doing and why you're leaving early, then assigns homework for you to complete at home until midnight. They even say, “I didn't make you work overtime—I let you go home early to rest.”

You are required to reach a certain number of hours before you can leave. Once you reach the required hours, you must close one deal before you can leave. After you actually close one, they tell you that you need to close another one before you can go.

Saturdays and Sundays are also filled with endless reflections and homework.

During the interview, they said they absolutely would not disturb you on holidays, but in reality, they disturb you constantly on holidays.

They want to know everything about your private life because they want to control you and make you devote yourself to the company. That way, whenever you say you want to resign, they can use verbal manipulation to pressure you into staying.

Sales staff are required to say that they are English tutors. In reality, their English is worse than the next person's. Listening to them makes me cringe. Their pronunciation really should not be inflicted on others.

Although the lunch break is supposedly one hour, it is often delayed. If you are on a call, that's your problem, and you often have only half an hour to rest.

They criticize your friends, significant other, and even your family if they have ideas or beliefs different from those of the supervisor. They even say they will contact them directly to talk.

Taking leave is extremely strict, and you even have to make up the work on holidays, while still having your pay deducted.

When you request leave, your supervisor will definitely call and ask for every detail—exactly where you are going and what you are doing. They want to know so much that they might as well ask how many grains of rice you ate on the day you took leave.

During the interview, they said you absolutely would not only receive the base salary.

But once you actually start working, they ask, “Can you survive if you only receive the base salary?”

The training is unpaid?? This is the first time I've encountered unpaid training.

They make it sound nice by saying, “We provide you with comprehensive training, and you don't have to pay for it.”
