After the interview, I felt that the overall experience was very positive. The HR representative was also very friendly and did not come across as overly serious or rigid. After I submitted my résumé, I was notified about the interview fairly quickly, so applicants are not left feeling that there will be no follow-up for a long time—this is really important! The job responsibilities are in a field I was already interested in. I’m fairly outgoing and enjoy interacting with people, but I was pleasantly surprised that the role doesn’t require cold outreach, since most positions in this field do. This also saves time that can be focused on key clients. There is also comprehensive training, which is truly a great benefit for newcomers to telemarketing.
