Overall, the interview cleared up my questions about telemarketing. The supervisor also explained things in great detail and directly gave some examples from their experience to help me better understand what the job mainly involves and what situations I might encounter, so I could then assess whether I was suitable for the position. It was quite different from my previous interview experiences. In the past, they might only ask some basic questions and then immediately ask why I had submitted my résumé or similar questions. This time, I introduced myself, but the interviewer also introduced the company and the role. I felt that we both gained a better understanding of each other, which was a very good experience. Now I’m looking forward to hearing about the next steps.
