The interview lasted approximately 3.5 hours, most of which was spent filling out forms. I filled out about four aptitude tests and similar assessments. After finishing them, I also had to watch videos and read the company’s publications, then write my thoughts and feedback.
During the interview with the supervisor, they first asked how much I earned at my previous job, and then commented on how it could be so little. However, when discussing the salary, they offered an amount that was barely different from my previous salary. I was completely confused.
Moreover, after being hired, I would still have to sign a contract guaranteeing that I would stay there for at least one year. Just thinking about it was frightening.
No holiday bonuses, no overtime pay, and no year-end bonus.
