At the beginning, the supervisor asked me to introduce myself. I personally think this is an opportunity to share some experiences from work or daily life and highlight my personality traits. This is an interview strategy that I find very practical. Usually, the supervisor mainly wants to spend about 15 minutes getting an initial understanding of me. Throughout the process, the supervisor was quite friendly and did not just respond with brief remarks like “Oh” or “Mm-hmm.” As a result, I became more and more engaged in speaking. Later, the supervisor gave me an overview of the company’s products and its telephone sales model. Overall, it made me very excited, and I would say it was a very good interview experience. I also really hope to be officially hired.
