堉舜國際文化事業股份有限公司
Pros

The best thing is probably that there’s no backstabbing among colleagues.

Everyone encourages and helps one another.

Cons

Don’t foolishly sign on and join this company.

The reason colleagues get along harmoniously is that the managers are simply disastrous.

Managers from different departments deliberately set colleagues against one another,

completely ignoring the other department’s existence and directly assigning tasks to its employees. 🙄️

The HR deputy manager and the sycophant beside them are total green tea bitches: under the guise of concern, they actually report on you behind your back, then do everything they can to get rid of you.

At first, they only said there was a long-service bonus, but if you haven’t worked here for a year, HR and the vice president will kick you out. You can’t get the promised long-service bonus unless you’re good enough at sucking up.

Yes, the vice president has the most power in this company. Anything not approved by the vice president doesn’t count.

Oh, right—the managers aren’t allowed to get too close to their subordinates, because this place claims to be innovative but is actually full of old-fashioned, conservative thinkers.

The traditional ideology of superiors being honored and subordinates being demeaned is what lies at the heart of this company.

They are always daydreaming, setting a bunch of impossible deadlines and tasks, then blaming the employees below for being incompetent and telling them to get lost.

Asking for overtime pay is a land mine at this company—you should prepare to be driven out.

When they dismiss you, they’ll pressure you into signing a voluntary resignation letter.

The people before us were all fresh graduates who had never encountered such a cunning company, so they foolishly signed!

Oh, right—they’ll ask you to attend a meeting just before the end of the workday, then spend three or four hours talking nonsense. Hehe!

I sincerely advise you: unless you want to come here to pick fights with people and have nothing better to do, don’t come here to “learn” skills or build up work experience. If you genuinely want to make your way in the education industry, I suggest going to another company—anywhere would be better than here.

Seriously!

And stop padding the other reviews already. Who are you trying to fool?!
