The woman who conducted the phone interview was very friendly. She first explained what to prepare and provided an overview of the position, which gave me a better idea of what to expect during the interview. The initial interview seemed to be conducted via video because of the pandemic, which was quite convenient. During the interview, she also explained the entire interview process and the job responsibilities very clearly. Overall, the interview was a pleasant experience.
