I just passed the probationary assessment and officially started clocking in. After graduating, I worked in several sales roles, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such solid training. I really don’t know what I was doing during the first two years.

My supervisor keeps nothing to themselves and does everything they can to help me close deals. The team atmosphere is also pretty good, so overall, things are OK for now.

There is no pay for the first few days of training, which can make you hesitate. Although I did gain something from it, I still hope there will be some coco.
