The only advantage is that the colleagues are easy to get along with.

If you are willing to ask, they will always teach you generously.

1. They treat you like a god, expecting one person to do the work of many. They are constantly piling a bunch of work on you.

2. I don't know whether I really don't know how to serve people, or whether they are genuinely difficult to serve. Matters concerning senior executives must always come first. Regardless of how big or small the matter is, you have to put everything else aside to attend to them.

3. There is clearly a severe lack of staff, which shows why one person is expected to do the work of many.

4. Even if you report that there is too much work and ask whether it can be distributed among others, or whether some tasks can be returned to the departments originally responsible for them, nothing improves. P.S. The improvements mentioned by the supervisor amount to nothing; the improvements I suggested were never implemented even once, and they took up my time after work.

Summary: The only thing good about the company is the colleagues.

There is too much work and too little staff, yet they demand five-star service despite the low wages.
