The interview location is conveniently accessible (the actual work location is uncertain)
The reception staff were very polite
This is the company I have seen that required the most on-site information to be filled out, the most tests, the most privacy-invasive questions, and the longest time spent filling out forms! On-site, I had to fill out a standard résumé form again, and also answer questions such as whether I had recently been sick or hospitalized (am I buying insurance?), and women were even asked whether they were currently pregnant. Other questions included whether there were any issues with my bank credit status, whether I had any plans recently.... After that, I also had to fill out whether I could work overtime, the percentage of tasks completed at previous companies, what time I usually ate breakfast, and whether I ate at a breakfast shop or brought it to the office. I had to look at one of their company advertisements and explain what I thought its strengths and weaknesses were. There were also professional tests (depending on the position), a basic aptitude test, and even though I had just completed an aptitude test, I had to fill out another 104 aptitude test on an iPad (are they learning from tutorABC?). The meeting rooms and offices on the interview floor were extremely small and cramped, and the air was hot and stuffy. They did not even provide a glass of water. The whole experience made me feel that this company thought it was conducting a national examination and wanted to investigate people completely....
You have to complete a great deal of paperwork during the interview process, or take an English test on a computer. Be patient, and I recommend going to this company only if you have time. Taking time off work just to go there is a waste of time! Even if you are hired, based on my observations, the working conditions at this company are bound to be extremely demanding, and you will have to sign a contract! I recommend considering it only as a last resort.
