This was a fairly smooth interview. The interviewer also gave me time to express my own thoughts, which is really important to me. In the past, I’ve encountered many companies that only talked about their own strengths and asked only what they wanted to know, without really giving me a chance to ask questions or express my thoughts. This company was completely different, which made me feel that it truly respects its employees’ opinions. The interviewer also explained the company and the job in great detail. Throughout the conversation, the interviewer spoke in a gentle tone, without putting too much pressure on or making the interviewee excessively nervous. In previous interviews, I was often in a relatively tense state, so I couldn’t present myself well. But I felt I was in a great state during this interview, and the company left me with a very good impression. I hope I’ll be hired~
