Read the community guidelinesThe supervisor is very honest and speaks directly.
1. Engineers with a monthly salary in the low NT$40,000s are still required to travel to mainland China for a week from time to time. This was not mentioned on the job recruitment website.
2. Overtime can only be exchanged for compensatory leave, which must be taken in full and cannot be converted into money; this also applies to Saturday overtime.
The testing department is staffed with only 1–2 engineers; the remaining staff consist of 4 assistant engineers and 1 senior engineer.
The original engineer has already resigned, so the engineer position is currently vacant. It feels like the engineers will be under a great deal of pressure.
Year-end bonus: 1.5–2.5 months’ salary.
Leave is provided in accordance with the Labor Standards Act. There are no other particularly notable benefits.

The salary is fairly negotiable, and the interview results come out quickly.
The boss quite obviously doesn’t understand the situation. Anyone with experience would be shocked. When newcomers first join, not a single one is pushed out by the veterans to take the blame and respond to unreasonable requests from sales and senior management.
The supervisor seemed very reliable during the interview, but it turned out to be nothing more than a lie. Whenever something happens after joining, they hide.
The women in the certification team are very lazy. They complain extensively in the group chat that there is too much work and that it is difficult. No one manages them either.
.
NA
The most ridiculous interview ever—they completely stood up the applicant. So lame~
None
They invite you to an interview, then have someone unrelated serve as the interviewer.
After the interview, they close the position, only to reopen it a few weeks later. They’re basically just messing with people.
The interview process is also absurd and terrible. Seriously, don’t waste your time interviewing with this company.
None
This company has a perpetually recurring job posting on 104. Every so often, they remove an old posting and put up a new one. The postings rotate, but in reality they are not hiring at all; their HR department simply needs to meet its performance targets.
Don't know
An utterly ridiculous company. This company has very poor online reviews, so I didn't apply at all; the company reached out to me proactively for an interview.
I arranged an interview with them through 104 for Wednesday, but HR called and said it was scheduled for Thursday. I asked whether the supervisor was only available on Thursday, and HR said yes, that was the only day available.
When I went for the interview that day, the supervisor wasn't there. They just found someone else to interview me. This is truly an absolutely terrible company.
I've never encountered a company that was so disorganized and ridiculous.
The interviewer was forthright about the company's internal situation, and sincerely invited me to join the company while explaining future expectations. They were also quite willing to offer a good salary.
The meeting room should have been booked in advance when scheduling the interview, so that the interviewee would not have to wait too long. It made the internal processes seem a little disorganized.
