Pros
The only advantage: I’ve already resigned.
There’s absolutely no reason to stay.
Cons
The production line produces tons of garbage, with a 100% defect rate.
The supervisors are completely incapable of improving things.
It’s already rotten to the core, yet they continue cutting staff.
Only one operator per production line—how is that supposed to work? :)
