Pros
The only advantage: I’ve already resigned.
There’s absolutely no reason to stay.
Cons
The production line churns out a pile of junk, with a 100% defect rate.
The supervisors are completely incapable of improving it.
It’s rotten to the core, yet they keep cutting staff.
There’s only one operator on an entire production line—how is that supposed to work? :)
