Pros
The only advantage: I’ve already resigned.
There is absolutely no reason to stay.
Cons
The production line churns out a pile of garbage, with a 100% defect rate.
The supervisors are completely incapable of improving it.
It’s rotten to the core, yet they keep cutting staff.
There’s only one operator on each production line—how is that supposed to work? :)
