Pros
The only advantage: I have already resigned.
There is absolutely no reason to stay.
Cons
The production line produces a pile of junk; the defect rate is 100% (I'm not exaggerating).
The supervisors are completely incapable of making improvements.
It's rotten to the core, yet they continue cutting staff.
Only one operator per production line—how is that supposed to work? :)
