Pros
The only advantage: I have already resigned
I absolutely couldn’t find any reason to stay
Cons
The production line produces piles of garbage, with a 100% defect rate
The supervisors are completely incapable of improving it
It’s already rotten to the core, yet they keep cutting manpower
Only one operator on an entire production line—how is this supposed to work? :)
