Pros
The only advantage: I’ve already resigned.
There is absolutely no reason to stay.
Cons
The production line produces a pile of garbage, with a 100% defect rate.
The supervisors are completely incapable of improving it.
It’s rotten to the core, yet they continue cutting staff.
There is only one operator on an entire production line—how is that supposed to work? :)
