Pros
The only advantage: I’ve already left.
There was absolutely no reason to stay.
Cons
The production line churns out piles of garbage, with a 100% defect rate.
The supervisors are completely incapable of improving things.
It’s rotten to the core, yet they keep cutting staff.
There’s only one operator on each production line—how is that supposed to work? :)
