Pros
The only advantage: I’ve already resigned.
There’s absolutely no reason to stay.
Cons
The production line produces piles of junk, with a 100% defect rate.
The supervisors are completely incapable of improving things.
It’s rotten to the core, yet they continue cutting staff.
There’s only one operator on an entire production line—how is this supposed to work? :)
