Pros
The only advantage: I’ve already resigned.
I absolutely couldn’t find any reason to stay.
Cons
The production line produces piles of garbage, with a 100% defect rate.
The supervisors are completely incapable of improving the situation.
It’s rotten to the core, yet they continue cutting staff.
Only one operator on a production line—how is that supposed to work? :)
