Pros
The only advantage: I’ve already resigned.
There’s absolutely no reason to stay.
Cons
The production line produces a pile of junk; the defect rate is 100%.
The supervisors are also completely incapable of making improvements.
It’s rotten to the core, yet they continue cutting manpower.
There’s only one operator on a production line—how is this supposed to work? :)
