Pros
The only advantage: I have already resigned.
I absolutely couldn’t find any reason to stay.
Cons
The production line churns out piles of junk, with a 100% defect rate.
The supervisors are also completely incapable of improving things.
It’s already rotten to the core, yet they continue cutting staff.
There is only one operator on an entire production line—how is that supposed to work? :)
