Pros
The only advantage: I’ve already resigned.
There is absolutely no reason to stay.
Cons
The production line produces tons of garbage; the defect rate is 100%.
The supervisors are completely incapable of making improvements.
It’s rotten to the core, yet they keep cutting staff.
Only one operator on an entire production line—how is that supposed to work? :)
