Pros
The only advantage: I’ve already resigned.
There is absolutely no reason to stay.
Cons
The production line produces nothing but garbage, with a 100% defect rate.
The supervisor is completely incapable of improving things.
It’s rotten to the core, yet they keep cutting staff.
There is only one operator on an entire production line—how is that supposed to work? :)
