Pros
The only advantage: I’ve already resigned.
There is absolutely no reason to stay.
Cons
The production line churns out piles of garbage, with a 100% defect rate.
The supervisors are completely incapable of improving the situation.
It’s rotten to the core, yet they keep cutting staff.
Only one operator per production line—how is this supposed to work? :)
