Pros
The only advantage: I’ve already resigned.
I absolutely couldn’t find any reason to stay.
Cons
The production line churns out a pile of garbage; the defect rate is 100%.
The supervisors are completely incapable of improving things.
It’s already rotten to the core, yet they keep cutting staff.
Only one operator per production line—how is that supposed to work? :)
