Pros
The only advantage: I’ve already resigned.
There’s absolutely no reason to stay.
Cons
The production line churns out heaps of junk, with a 100% defect rate.
Management is completely incapable of improving things.
It’s rotten to the core, yet they keep cutting staff.
Only one operator per production line—how is that supposed to work? :)
