Pros
The only advantage: I’ve already resigned.
There is absolutely no reason to stay.
Cons
The production line produces a pile of junk, with a 100% defect rate.
The supervisors are completely incapable of improving things.
It’s rotten to the core, yet they continue cutting staff.
There is only one operator on a production line—how is this supposed to work? :)
