The industry has growth potential and is aligned with current trends. It can help save on electricity costs.
The base salary for sales positions is good, and there are also bonuses.
The headquarters is in northern Taiwan, while the branch office is in southern Taiwan.
Sales staff who live in other areas visit clients at designated locations and do not have an office.
Before officially reporting for duty, the company provides an opportunity to sit in as an intern. If interested, you can first experience the workplace atmosphere and job content. It is intended to help job seekers assess whether they want to join, which is a considerate approach and avoids making hasty hiring decisions.
So far, I feel it is okay. At most, everyone may be quite busy because there are many customer orders, so you do need to work proactively and diligently.
For sales staff based outside the local area, the job involves working in an assigned territory: you visit clients directly from home, without spending extra commuting time going to the office to clock in. It offers freedom and avoids wasting time. The bonus and commission structure will be explained again during both the interview and onboarding, so everything is clear. Those who work hard at sales can earn good bonuses, and the base salary is also fairly high, making it possible to earn good money.
Although the schedule is flexible, the company will conduct spot checks on sales staff’s schedules. If you fail to produce results over an extended period, you will not be able to remain with the company. Sales staff are expected to meet performance targets.
In terms of the industry, it is one that can be operated over the long term. After all, lighting users are everywhere, and environmental protection, energy conservation, carbon reduction, and saving electricity... These are all fairly persuasive reasons for customers to make a purchase, so it is considered a very promising industry.
When applying for a sales position, the company particularly emphasized that there is no time to slack off...
Management is very strict... If you are just looking to coast along on the base salary, you may be shown the door very quickly.
I am still employed by the company and would like to share my impressions as a current employee: The interview felt quite relaxed and did not make me nervous, and the job responsibilities were explained very clearly. After joining, a supervisor or colleague provides guidance on how to carry out the work. The office environment is quite good, and the colleagues in the department are around the same age and easy to get along with. There are no cliques, and we often have meals together. Any issues can be discussed and resolved together.
The benefits are also good, including year-end bonuses, bonuses for the three major holidays, birthday celebration afternoon tea, employee trips, and more. Overall, I have found my time with the company quite enjoyable. Although the work is primarily internal administrative work, I have indeed learned a lot from it.
The work pace is relatively fast, so it may not be suitable for people who prefer less challenging work or a slower pace.

I have used their lights before. They are a small company with capital of NT$10 million.
I called the company to ask about their products, and the woman who answered sounded very impatient and even sighed… Originally, we were going to use their lights throughout the entire plant. Fortunately, we only bought a few for testing first—thank goodness we compared more options.
For LEDs, it is still better to look for larger manufacturers such as Jinwei and Guanda, as they offer longer warranties, better service, and reasonable prices.

I wonder whether everyone, when buying sparkling water outside, will be curious about something at the bank: It’s all water, so why does some bottled water cost only ten dollars per bottle, while imported premium water can be sold very cheaply—cheap cheap cheap—for fifty, sixty, seventy, or eighty dollars to save in ETFs? Seeing the company’s response on the homepage is truly astonishing. I imagine that, on the surface, the atmosphere within your company must be completely harmonious, but personally, I would absolutely not want to work in such an environment.

The industry is good. The green energy sector is quite in tune with current trends. The company works with many large government agencies, which is a significant advantage for sales when promoting products. It is forward-looking.
There are also quite a few competitors.
It is necessary to continuously develop new customers, rather than only serving existing customers.
The interview atmosphere was pretty good.
There were mostly female colleagues.
The environment was clean, and there were partition panels between the desks.
Light music was played during work hours, making the atmosphere feel more relaxed.
It was some distance from the MRT station.
If you ride a scooter there, you may need to look around for a parking spot.
There were mostly red lines nearby.
1. The interview atmosphere was quite good. It did not make me feel pressured or overly nervous, and the questions and answers were fairly relaxed.
2. Video interviews are convenient.
3. Salaries and bonuses are very transparent.
1. Applicants for sales positions need to have a car. It seems to be rather difficult to pass the hiring process if you only have a motorcycle.
2. The interviewer mentioned that during sales activities, employees need to clock in and report back whenever they arrive at a client’s location. They made it very clear that there is no opportunity to slack off, so the system is fairly strict.
The base salary is good, there are also bonuses, weekends are off and overtime is not required, senior colleagues will provide guidance when you start, the schedule is flexible, and the industry has good potential for development
A lot of time is needed to develop new clients and make cold visits, and there are performance evaluations

Good base salary, bonuses, a five-day workweek with no overtime, guidance from senior colleagues, and flexible hours
Requires a lot of time to develop new customers, cold visits, and performance evaluations
So funny! This is the first time I’ve seen a business owner come and argue against a comment on this platform.
It’s clearly supposed to be interviewee experience sharing, but it turned into them arguing about how great they are!

The employee turnover rate is extremely high. Everything, big or small, has to be approved by the boss, and even managers have no authority.
Before officially reporting for duty, the company provides an opportunity to attend as an intern. If interested, you can first experience the workplace atmosphere and job responsibilities. Like Old Wang selling melons, praising his own wares.
No need for much commentary—experience it yourself and you’ll understand.
What they say always sounds better than what they do.

You visit clients directly from home, without spending extra commuting time going to the company to clock in. It offers freedom and avoids wasting time. There are many beautiful women.
Why do you keep trying every possible way to flood the page?
A fair and transparent company should not be afraid of interviewees leaving objective comments.
Constantly trying to explain how good you are feels rather unusual.
It is also quite strange to bring up the law from time to time.
This platform is simply a place for interviewees to share feedback, and comments from all sorts of people feel fairly representative.
I heard from a friend who interviewed there that the responses were not very good.
You should still think it over carefully.
After all, there are 365 lines of work—just make sure you don't choose the wrong one.
In terms of the industry, it is one that can be developed over the long term. After all, lighting users are everywhere, and factors such as environmental protection, energy conservation, carbon reduction, and saving electricity are all quite persuasive in convincing customers to make a purchase. When I applied for a sales position, the company particularly emphasized that there would be no time to slack off... Management is very strict... If you just want to coast along on the base salary, you may be... shown the door very quickly...
Absolutely no advantages
A company that is bad beyond belief. The boss only backs the managers; whatever the manager says goes. The entire office is made up of women, with tons of young girls. There aren’t any office staff aged 40; they’re all in their early 20s. Is this what you’d call brainwashing?
The policies change like crazy, and money is deducted arbitrarily. I really don’t know how a company like this can still survive.
Don’t whitewash yourselves. Face your shortcomings honestly.
1. The job responsibilities and compensation were clearly explained
2. Other job openings were suggested for consideration, along with explanations
3. The environment was bright and comfortable, which made the interview feel more relaxed
4. The interviewer did not interrupt the job seeker’s questions or self-introduction, and patiently listened until they had finished speaking before asking questions
1. The location was inconvenient and difficult to find without checking the surrounding area on Google in advance
2. There were relatively few dining options nearby
3. During the interview, it was unclear whether the company was testing the applicant’s ability to respond on the spot. They did not explain in advance that it would be a group interview
It’s obvious at a glance that the company has started whitewashing its image 👏🏻
The more you try to hide it, the more obvious it becomes
I am currently working in finance, and I would like to clarify some of the issues mentioned in certain reviews regarding arbitrary deductions from salaries and the calculation of bonuses.
The premise is that you understand your own salary structure. My role is simply to calculate payroll based on attendance sheets, leave forms, overtime forms, and other relevant documents received at the end of each month.
Since I started working here, whenever salaries or bonuses have been paid and I have made a calculation error that resulted in an excessive deduction, once a colleague reports it to me and I confirm that I misread or mistyped the information, I always issue the shortfall to that colleague immediately. If my supervisor knows that I missed a payment, they also constantly urge me to make the transfer as soon as possible.
If it is inconvenient to make the transfer that day, I will also inform the colleague in advance when the payment will be made.
As for leave or absence without leave, it is reasonable that no salary is paid during the period of leave or absence without leave. This should not be considered an arbitrary deduction.
Regarding overtime, employees must submit an overtime application and have it approved by their supervisor. Overtime pay is always paid when the overtime form has been approved by a supervisor. If you did not apply for overtime, resulting in me not having any record of your overtime, you cannot blame the company for not paying overtime.
If the monthly performance target is met, a performance bonus is always paid. So far, no colleague has reported meeting the target but not receiving the bonus.
The company is located in a somewhat inconvenient area, and transportation is not very convenient.
I previously applied for the position of sales assistant. During the interview, both HR and the supervisor seemed very friendly overall. One thing I found especially considerate was that the interviewer asked whether I would be interested in other secretary or marketing positions and arranged them according to my preferences. I personally thought this was very good and appreciated having different options to try.
One drawback is that it is too far from the MRT. It would be better if there were an MRT station nearby.
The first interview is conducted via video, which is quite convenient and saves travel time. You can first learn about the job responsibilities and benefits, and after passing the interview, you will go to the company for a second in-person interview.
The company follows the Labor Standards Act, with annual leave, two days off per week, and public holidays off. There is afternoon tea, and people from other counties or cities, or those who live too far away, can apply for free dormitory accommodation. When visiting the company, the environment is bright and clean, and music is played, creating a pretty good atmosphere.
The company is quite far from the MRT station, so you need to ride a scooter or take a bus to get there. There is a 7-ELEVEN nearby, but no other restaurants. However, food delivery is available, so it is still fairly convenient.
It turns out Mr. Hsu's business has grown so large now! No wonder he doesn't dare to provide labor and health insurance.
Very good

The job openings on 104 are always posted and never seem to close. For office positions, they actually only want to hire women and judge applicants by their looks and body shape. This is a company with an extremely high turnover rate; many people resigned and left on the very same day. The company’s systems are inadequate, and basically everything is decided by the boss. When I worked there, I often encountered situations where policies were changed abruptly and repeatedly. I don’t know if things have improved now, but seeing that there are so many more negative reviews, probably not:)… In short, I advise everyone not to come here and waste your time.
令人傻眼
When I initially discussed the work with their salesperson:
They said their company consisted entirely of professional construction teams!
I never expected that, on the day of the installation, a short man would show up with a female assistant?
At first, I thought this company really had the scale to have an assistant on site.
Later, it proved that I was completely wrong.
There was so little work, yet they still needed an assistant?
(This is where something seemed wrong,
The male technician just stood there staring blankly the entire time. I couldn't tell whether he was thinking or spacing out??
His movements during the process were neither smooth nor efficient, and he was very slow?
I couldn't understand what he was fiddling with??
The quality was also concerning!
He did not seem very skilled at the work.
When communicating with him about the locations of the lights, he also stammered.....
I didn't know whether he didn't understand or simply didn't know how to plan......
In short, I could only keep shaking my head......
I had to wonder: does this company have no site supervisors, or do they look down on me because this was a small job??
Only after I reported this to the salesperson did I find out.... He was the owner's son. If the owner's son is like this, the owner of this company must be even more concerning⋯⋯
Even an apprentice electrician from outside would be more professional than this technician.
Is he even qualified as a technician yet?
I can't remember.
This company is essentially using its salespeople's connections to run a lighting business. It doesn't care at all about the salespeople who come and go, nor does it care whether they make any money. That's why so many people like me, who joined full of expectations and enthusiasm, ended up leaving heartbroken and disappointed. Fortunately, this nightmare didn't last long. Seeing so many comments, I realize that it has never changed—and it doesn't look like it intends to…
Like a harem, with lots of beautiful women to look at
Even after two years, I'm still furious about what happened
Seeing these comments puts my mind at ease
Says one thing in public and another behind people's backs
Changes policies from morning to evening
Extremely emotional
When in a bad mood, goes on a reckless tirade
Then, the next second, can act as if nothing happened
Chilling
Even if you work yourself to death, they’ll never think you’re doing a great job
Over the tiniest thing, they’ll berate you until you have no dignity left
The one who most deserves to be scolded is his precious darling
A total daddy’s boy
Two days off per week, and the base salary is okay.
Constantly changing policies and instructions; the boss's mood is the system.
The boss and supervisors are obsessed with monitoring employees.
You can easily receive disciplinary demerits or be marked absent without leave and have money deducted.
The office atmosphere is also very tense.
They often assign meaningless tasks that increase employees' workload.
The job interview sounds very appealing, but the actual work is completely different.
I recommend not being attracted by the conditions listed on 104.
The employees are all very young, and the turnover rate is extremely high.
Everyone who stays looks completely drained.
It feels like they are just getting through each day, waiting to die.
If you want to come for an interview, think carefully first.
The work itself is also highly challenging.
Without providing sufficient training, they throw you into the deep end and expect you to swim to a perfect score.
Basically, don't count on receiving any bonuses.
Even the clients know that there are problems with the management system.
There are also many absurd issues that affect work efficiency.
If you believe you are not easily influenced,
won't blindly believe the interviewer's rosy promises,
and know what you want,
you could give it a try.

The entire company is like playing house, constantly berating capable employees while incompetent employees coast every day, workplace politics, and violations of the Labor Standards Act.
No advantages whatsoever
Company policies change every day, changing according to their moods. The work pressure is extremely high, and employees are not treated like human beings at all. Overtime is expected, salaries are deducted arbitrarily, and bonuses are deducted arbitrarily as well, with plenty of excuses. If you have a tendency to be abused, apply immediately. The company has been understaffed for a long time. The supervisors and boss have very poor emotional management. They do not handle anything as long as it does not concern them, and all business matters are left entirely for the sales staff to bear.
no
Dishonest; the information stated on the 104 website does not match the facts.
Recommendation: Do not interview; it will waste your time. The interview questions and process will leave you speechless.
You can tell what this company's culture is like just by listening to the way HR and the manager speak……
After spending 44 minutes giving an extensive explanation of the job duties, they asked whether you would be interested in choosing another salary package.
After making your choice, it was the department manager's turn. Not only did they ask a very stupid question and challenge the interviewee's past qualifications and education (which could have been verified through a background check), they also directly contradicted HR's earlier "robotic" explanation of the job duties and salary, as well as the job description and salary stated in black and white on 104… It was as if you had applied for a completely different job. There is absolutely no possibility that you simply misread it. This shows that everything right in front of you… is a pile of …?
I strongly urge you not to interview, much less choose to join, any company that seems to change its policies from one day to the next.
(Overall, it wasn't merely bad—it was extremely bad.)
None
Within just two or three months, the company kept changing its policies, deducting bonuses here and there. During the interview, they made it sound great, saying that you could earn commission whenever you closed a deal. In reality, you could only earn commission if you met the company's targets (the company's targets are basically impossible to reach; even if you didn't go to the restroom, there would be no way to guarantee that you could meet them).
They said the company needed employees who were ambitious and genuinely wanted to make money. After you worked hard and achieved results, they would then reduce the bonuses under various pretexts. Even after raising the issue, they ignored it and instead thought you were making excuses because you wanted to be lazy.
If you are currently considering whether to go for an interview,
I advise everyone: D O N ' T W A S T E Y O U R T I M E 😊

They clearly lack telephone appointment setters, yet they post a bunch of openings for administrative assistants. After you go to the interview, they keep saying that the position is actually for a telephone appointment setter, wasting your time with the interview.
The recruitment website also lists a bunch of benefits, such as snacks, afternoon tea, and employee trips, but all of these have been canceled. They still keep posting them on the recruitment website.
At this company, you just make phone calls constantly, and you are not even allowed to chat with your coworkers. The moment you say something, someone will report you.
Can't you even chat for a bit? Is everything really so strict?
It's not even some huge company, yet you can't leave your phone on your desk, and you are constantly monitored at work.
Even more absurdly, the policies are a complete mess. They change them whenever they want, constantly revising this and that, without any coherent system. They also never communicate properly with employees.
Most importantly, there are the bonuses. They always make them sound wonderful, saying they are not afraid of employees claiming them and are only afraid that employees won't dare to push themselves. Yet everyone works hard and makes appointments diligently.
In the end, they create various obstacles and keep changing the rules, simply refusing to let employees receive their bonuses. They deduct this and that, then give a bunch of reasons and excuses for not paying you the bonus. You work hard to arrange appointments but still can't receive anything—the company keeps shortchanging employees on their bonuses.
Working there is like being in prison; you are constantly watched. You see coworkers leaving every day, but the company never reflects on what went wrong. They always say it is the employees' problem and never examine whether the problem lies with the company.
Don't waste your time interviewing with this company. At first, they make everything sound wonderful, but after you join, nothing is as they said.
They lure people in first. It really is an extremely terrible company.

I had a nightmare. I dreamed that this company had an extremely high employee turnover rate and was utterly lacking in structure. They often say one thing about how to do things today and something completely different tomorrow. The bonus system is also constantly being changed, with announcements made directly and no communication with employees. They always make it sound nice, saying it is so you can earn more money, but in reality, it is not that easy at all. The company is all about telephone marketing, but during interviews they package it as telephone customer service, trying to get unsuspecting young women to join first and then repeatedly telling them they can earn a lot of bonuses. Basically, after staying for a few months, you will realize that the company is making empty promises, because you will “absolutely” never receive that much. They will not reflect on this either; they will only think it is your own problem. Every position is perpetually being advertised and never closed. If you naively apply for an administrative position, they will steer you toward telephone marketing. Even if you do get an administrative role, you will eventually be given more and more work. At first, they will say nice things and ask you to give it a try, but in the end, you will keep being assigned more and more work. A raise? They will never even bring it up, and they will complain that you still are not doing enough, acting as if you have nothing to do every day. I really advise everyone not to waste your time at this company. At this point, my nightmare ended.

They invite you to an interview under the guise of an assistant position.
Then they say there are openings for customer service and assistant positions,
but in reality, there isn't even an assistant opening 😑
After you are hired, they tell you that you were hired for a customer service position.
Once you get to the company,
they say it's customer service, but it's actually telephone appointment-setting sales.
You have to keep making calls, you're not allowed to talk to your coworkers, and you can't leave your phone on the desk.
The policies are different from what was said during the interview.
They change the policies recklessly without communicating with employees.
They don't respect employees.
They change the targets directly to levels that are impossible to reach, so you can't get the bonuses at all.
They even say there's a guaranteed minimum for the first three months, but you can't get it at all.
What they say during the interview sounds great, but none of it actually exists.
You also have to be constantly watched while working. It's really speechless.
Don't waste your time going to the interview.
It's really an enormous waste of time.
The receptionist was very friendly
I applied for an administrative assistant position.
The interview was scheduled for around 10:00. I arrived 10 minutes early, only to be told that there would be an online interview and that I should wait. I waited until 10:15 before the interview finally began.
After that, they kept asking whether I would accept a telephone customer service position 🙄️
It was completely different from the administrative assistant position..........
They lured me in for an interview under the guise of an administrative assistant opening.
I simply replied, “This is different from the nature of an administrative assistant position, isn’t it?”
Only then did they respond, “You need relevant experience.”
So the job bank’s statement that experience was not required was just a joke.
Please don’t waste your time going to an interview ❤️
None
In any case, don't join this company.
You will regret it—you really will.
The company is like a prison; you're watched all day, with every move monitored.
Anyway, they make it sound really good,
but in the end, you get nothing.
The office environment is neat and clean, and most of the employees are fairly young.
I heard they have afternoon tea every day.
I applied for an administrative position,
but during the interview they kept trying to persuade me to do sales or telephone interviewing.
I clearly stated that I wanted to do administrative work,
but they kept shooting me down, saying: “But our administrative positions require experience~ However, we welcome people without experience for telephone interviewing!”
...
Even though the job posting clearly said that experience was not required and that fresh graduates were welcome.
Besides, they would have reviewed the résumé before the interview, right?
What company would invite someone who doesn’t meet the qualifications to an interview?
Were they just trying to make people waste a trip???
I think they were actually short of telephone-interviewing sales staff.
No matter what position you apply for, they first call you in for an interview
and then try to persuade you to do sales.....
I’ve kept seeing this company post a bunch of job openings on the job site.
It’s already been a year since the interview = =
You can eat continuously while listening to music at work.
The terms they offer sound very enticing
but in reality, they are not enticing at all.
At every opportunity, they try to swallow your performance bonus.
They make it sound nice, saying they are not afraid of employees claiming bonuses, only afraid that employees do not dare to go all out.
Once you go all out and deliver the results,
they swallow your bonus and fob you off with all kinds of excuses.
In any case, if they do not want to pay, they simply will not.
They also treat you with a condescending, snobbish attitude.
Music at work
Applied for an administrative position
But they kept introducing the telephone interviewer position
Received a call that same day saying I had been hired as a telephone interviewer
It felt like a deceptive process that wasted the interview time
