The job openings on 104 are always posted and never seem to close. For office positions, they actually only want to hire women and judge applicants by their looks and body shape. This is a company with an extremely high turnover rate; many people resigned and left on the very same day. The company’s systems are inadequate, and basically everything is decided by the boss. When I worked there, I often encountered situations where policies were changed abruptly and repeatedly. I don’t know if things have improved now, but seeing that there are so many more negative reviews, probably not:）… In short, I advise everyone not to come here and waste your time.
