No advantages whatsoever
Company policies change every day, changing according to their moods. The work pressure is extremely high, and employees are not treated like human beings at all. Overtime is expected, salaries are deducted arbitrarily, and bonuses are deducted arbitrarily as well, with plenty of excuses. If you have a tendency to be abused, apply immediately. The company has been understaffed for a long time. The supervisors and boss have very poor emotional management. They do not handle anything as long as it does not concern them, and all business matters are left entirely for the sales staff to bear.
