When I initially discussed the work with their salesperson:

They said their company consisted entirely of professional construction teams!

I never expected that, on the day of the installation, a short man would show up with a female assistant?

At first, I thought this company really had the scale to have an assistant on site.

Later, it proved that I was completely wrong.

There was so little work, yet they still needed an assistant?

(This is where something seemed wrong,

The male technician just stood there staring blankly the entire time. I couldn't tell whether he was thinking or spacing out??

His movements during the process were neither smooth nor efficient, and he was very slow?

I couldn't understand what he was fiddling with??

The quality was also concerning!

He did not seem very skilled at the work.

When communicating with him about the locations of the lights, he also stammered.....

I didn't know whether he didn't understand or simply didn't know how to plan......

In short, I could only keep shaking my head......

I had to wonder: does this company have no site supervisors, or do they look down on me because this was a small job??

Only after I reported this to the salesperson did I find out.... He was the owner's son. If the owner's son is like this, the owner of this company must be even more concerning⋯⋯

Even an apprentice electrician from outside would be more professional than this technician.

Is he even qualified as a technician yet?
