I heard they have afternoon tea every day.

I applied for an administrative position,

but during the interview they kept trying to persuade me to do sales or telephone interviewing.

I clearly stated that I wanted to do administrative work,

but they kept shooting me down, saying: “But our administrative positions require experience~ However, we welcome people without experience for telephone interviewing!”

...

Even though the job posting clearly said that experience was not required and that fresh graduates were welcome.

Besides, they would have reviewed the résumé before the interview, right?

What company would invite someone who doesn’t meet the qualifications to an interview?

Were they just trying to make people waste a trip???

I think they were actually short of telephone-interviewing sales staff.

No matter what position you apply for, they first call you in for an interview

and then try to persuade you to do sales.....

I’ve kept seeing this company post a bunch of job openings on the job site.

It’s already been a year since the interview = =
