They invite you to an interview under the guise of an assistant position.

Then they say there are openings for customer service and assistant positions,

but in reality, there isn't even an assistant opening 😑

After you are hired, they tell you that you were hired for a customer service position.

Once you get to the company,

they say it's customer service, but it's actually telephone appointment-setting sales.

You have to keep making calls, you're not allowed to talk to your coworkers, and you can't leave your phone on the desk.

The policies are different from what was said during the interview.

They change the policies recklessly without communicating with employees.

They don't respect employees.

They change the targets directly to levels that are impossible to reach, so you can't get the bonuses at all.

They even say there's a guaranteed minimum for the first three months, but you can't get it at all.

What they say during the interview sounds great, but none of it actually exists.

You also have to be constantly watched while working. It's really speechless.

Don't waste your time going to the interview.

It's really an enormous waste of time.
