They clearly lack telephone appointment setters, yet they post a bunch of openings for administrative assistants. After you go to the interview, they keep saying that the position is actually for a telephone appointment setter, wasting your time with the interview.

The recruitment website also lists a bunch of benefits, such as snacks, afternoon tea, and employee trips, but all of these have been canceled. They still keep posting them on the recruitment website.

At this company, you just make phone calls constantly, and you are not even allowed to chat with your coworkers. The moment you say something, someone will report you.

Can't you even chat for a bit? Is everything really so strict?

It's not even some huge company, yet you can't leave your phone on your desk, and you are constantly monitored at work.

Even more absurdly, the policies are a complete mess. They change them whenever they want, constantly revising this and that, without any coherent system. They also never communicate properly with employees.

Most importantly, there are the bonuses. They always make them sound wonderful, saying they are not afraid of employees claiming them and are only afraid that employees won't dare to push themselves. Yet everyone works hard and makes appointments diligently.

In the end, they create various obstacles and keep changing the rules, simply refusing to let employees receive their bonuses. They deduct this and that, then give a bunch of reasons and excuses for not paying you the bonus. You work hard to arrange appointments but still can't receive anything—the company keeps shortchanging employees on their bonuses.

Working there is like being in prison; you are constantly watched. You see coworkers leaving every day, but the company never reflects on what went wrong. They always say it is the employees' problem and never examine whether the problem lies with the company.

Don't waste your time interviewing with this company. At first, they make everything sound wonderful, but after you join, nothing is as they said.

They lure people in first. It really is an extremely terrible company.
