I am still employed by the company and would like to share my impressions as a current employee: The interview felt quite relaxed and did not make me nervous, and the job responsibilities were explained very clearly. After joining, a supervisor or colleague provides guidance on how to carry out the work. The office environment is quite good, and the colleagues in the department are around the same age and easy to get along with. There are no cliques, and we often have meals together. Any issues can be discussed and resolved together.

The benefits are also good, including year-end bonuses, bonuses for the three major holidays, birthday celebration afternoon tea, employee trips, and more. Overall, I have found my time with the company quite enjoyable. Although the work is primarily internal administrative work, I have indeed learned a lot from it.

The work pace is relatively fast, so it may not be suitable for people who prefer less challenging work or a slower pace.
