Absolutely no advantages

A company that is bad beyond belief. The boss only backs the managers; whatever the manager says goes. The entire office is made up of women, with tons of young girls. There aren’t any office staff aged 40; they’re all in their early 20s. Is this what you’d call brainwashing?

The policies change like crazy, and money is deducted arbitrarily. I really don’t know how a company like this can still survive.

Don’t whitewash yourselves. Face your shortcomings honestly.
