Within just two or three months, the company kept changing its policies, deducting bonuses here and there. During the interview, they made it sound great, saying that you could earn commission whenever you closed a deal. In reality, you could only earn commission if you met the company's targets (the company's targets are basically impossible to reach; even if you didn't go to the restroom, there would be no way to guarantee that you could meet them).

They said the company needed employees who were ambitious and genuinely wanted to make money. After you worked hard and achieved results, they would then reduce the bonuses under various pretexts. Even after raising the issue, they ignored it and instead thought you were making excuses because you wanted to be lazy.
