I had a nightmare. I dreamed that this company had an extremely high employee turnover rate and was utterly lacking in structure. They often say one thing about how to do things today and something completely different tomorrow. The bonus system is also constantly being changed, with announcements made directly and no communication with employees. They always make it sound nice, saying it is so you can earn more money, but in reality, it is not that easy at all. The company is all about telephone marketing, but during interviews they package it as telephone customer service, trying to get unsuspecting young women to join first and then repeatedly telling them they can earn a lot of bonuses. Basically, after staying for a few months, you will realize that the company is making empty promises, because you will “absolutely” never receive that much. They will not reflect on this either; they will only think it is your own problem. Every position is perpetually being advertised and never closed. If you naively apply for an administrative position, they will steer you toward telephone marketing. Even if you do get an administrative role, you will eventually be given more and more work. At first, they will say nice things and ask you to give it a try, but in the end, you will keep being assigned more and more work. A raise? They will never even bring it up, and they will complain that you still are not doing enough, acting as if you have nothing to do every day. I really advise everyone not to waste your time at this company. At this point, my nightmare ended.
